Billing Policy

Subscription Plans

SkillProof offers the following subscription options:

• Free: Basic features at no cost
• Apprentice Monthly: A$19/month
• Apprentice Annual: A$190/year (save 17%)

Billing Cycle

Subscriptions are billed at the start of each billing period (monthly or annually). Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. After cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds

We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us within 14 days of your payment. We generally do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods.

Payment Methods

We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe. All payments are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Price Changes

We may change our prices from time to time. Any price changes will be communicated in advance and will apply to your next billing cycle after the change.
