2. Description of Service

SkillProof provides a digital platform for apprentices and tradespeople to log work experience, track competencies, and obtain supervisor verification.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information
• Use the service for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Interfere with the service operation

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid features require a subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time, with access continuing until the end of your billing period.

6. Intellectual Property

SkillProof and its content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create within the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

SkillProof is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
